What to expect
First visits are primarily to asses and diagnose the root of the problem, not just the presenting pain or dysfunction. These visits usually last about an hour and consists of many mobility and functional movement screens to help determine the best treatment plan.
Dr. Blake's treatments involve many movements that require full range of motion and effort, so it is recommended that you wear athletic or exercise clothing.
During your massage, the most effective techniques usually contain skin to skin contact, so please wear clothes you feel comfortable dressing down to. There are many stretches and positions to better treat the problem that will be discussed and given to your comfort level.
